Automatic batching engineering of raw material system

The differential design is made for different scale glass production line. The large type glass production line (above 100t/d) use base powder storehouse structure, small and medium size glass production line is using Taku type structure. For land and investment restricted or reformed production lines, simple single-layer steel structure powder warehouse is applied, not only to save investment, but also for short construction period, simple transportation equipment and convenient maintenance.

The automatic batching control system adopts PIC or (DCS) industrial control, and the static and dynamic accuracy is 1/500 and 1/2000 respectively. Fully meet the needs of various glass production.
